Do you work with my insurance company?

Does American Collision Experts waive deductibles?

American Collision Experts offers many value-added services that include; mobile estimating, “Three for Free” rental program, and pick-up and delivery. Anyone can waive a deductible; we would rather earn your business in other ways.

When is my deductible due?

The full deductible payment is due at the time of delivery of your vehicle. Your vehicle cannot be released otherwise. We accept Master Card, VISA, Discover, debit cards, checks and cash. We do not accept AMEX.

Will this accident be reported to CARFAX?

American Collision Experts does not report to ANY service like CARFAX. This information is typically pulled from the insurance claims for the state. Inquire to your agent to learn more.

What does "total loss" mean exactly?

When the amount of money it will take to repair your vehicle to pre-accident condition exceeds the value of the vehicle, it becomes a total loss at that point. There are some exceptions to the rule. It is best to speak with your agent or claims department for more information.
